Sequence of Activities:

September, 08 - Prestige Constructions Engineers presented  the design proposal to the BCCF board.
Nov-Dec, 08 - The plans were reviewed by the T&T team. The challenge of addressing the utility requirements and facilitating inter-agency coordination was a task that BCCF T&T team carried out with the Prestige team.
Jan - June, 09 - The plans were presented at the BTTI meetings   with the GoK to garner the support of BBMP and the other stakeholders.
September, 09 - On ground implementation begins.

Highlighted the challenges of predicting underground assets. He acknowledged the value of having close coordination with multiple stakeholders such as the meetings that were organized.

He also pointed to the need for continued cooperation of multiple stakeholders in maintaining the stretch and utilizing the utility ducts as planned and agreed.
